Product Warning

Cutting tools may shatter when broken.  Brazen Innovations, Inc. strongly recommends wearing proper eye and body protection when using and/or in the vicinity of cutting tools.  

 Product Warranty

Brazen Innovations, Inc. warrants that products sold by Brazen Innovations, Inc. shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship.  Brazen Innovations, Inc. will replace, repair, or grant credit for any product that does not comply with this warranty.  This warranty does not apply to any products that have been altered, misused, subject to an accident, and/or used beyond their normal useful life.  Warranty claims must be submitted through Brazen Innovations, Inc.  Complete information as to the usage of the product must accompany any product returned under warranty claim.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and is also in lieu of all other obligations or liabilities on the part of B razen I nnovations, I nc., including any obligation or liability arising from contract, tort, or otherwise for damages whether direct, indirect, or consequential.  There are no other warranties, expressed or implied made by Brazen Innovations, Inc. except the warranty against defects in material and workmanship as specified above.  Brazen Innovations, Inc. assumes nor authorizes any other person or firm to assume any obligation or liability in connection with the products produced by Brazen Innovations, Inc.

This warranty is the sole discretion of Brazen Innovations, Inc. to accept or deny any and all warranty claims as expressed in the terms of this Product Warranty.
